To close out december I was looking at how the Christmas 2010 storm phased and what the models were showing 72ish hours beforehand. Here's a good video by Brad Panovich (@wxbrad on twitter):

It's funny it does look pretty similar...except the southern stream is pretty daggon weak for the early Jan storm and it was very strong for this one...also very late phase. Either way, very close setup but no cigar.

Not sure how most access this site via mobile , but the mercury browser is great ! Been using it for a few weeks and it keeps me logged in. Plus you can sink your bookmarks ( but that feature is very common now).

I use tapatalk which is specific only to forums. For a browser I use Dolphin HD. By the way Tapatalk is totally worth it to purchase.

I use safari on the forums, it automatically loads a mobile version of the forums and looks like tapatalk. Do you have an iPhone 4s or 5? I have no problems and it's actually very fast!

lol now this should be in the disco. I agree that southern stream energy just gets stuck in Mexico and just dies out. It needs to keep moving somehow...or that northern energy needs to dive enough for it to hitch a ride in time. Not looking good but stranger things have happened.

Yea we just hit 60,000 stores and have a huge 2013 planned! Hard to believe I packed the very first order online 3 years ago.

That disco thread has turned into ****. I feel like I'm reading a bunch of middle school girls whine and cry about which one is justin bieber's girlfriend. Hopefully it will get better in the new year, one can hope.

But yeah I asked brad over twitter if he was aware of any studies of phasing systems in a split flow, their locations/strengths of the s/w's, trough/ridge axis, etc. and he never got back to me...might ask him again, or any met for that matter.

That is EXACTLY right! I am all too familiar with that scenario.

And here's a piece of advice that I wish I had known back then: don't EVER grab the belt.

I have the scar to prove it. Although it was earned not by grabbing the belt, but by trying to jump it.

I don't bother posting in them much for that reason. Lots of self assured analysis and straight bullying going on.

When I first quit smoking I used something like BLu for a short while. I needed more power though and switched to a variable voltage unit. I can just dial in the amount of vapor I want. Believe it or not I've settled in on Atomic Fireball as my favorite juice. Yep, that Atomic Fireball. Tastes just like the candy I used to sneak into school and sell when I was in 6th grade.

Yea a lot of folks like mods and box units as opposed to the small battery which is understandable. I think a lot of the pen size units including blu get a bad rap....for some good reasons but a lot of it is ignorance in the e-cig community. For instance because the production quantity is much lower and there are so many mods floating around from different companies it appears they have better product standards just due to the fact of such a small sample size. The FDA regulations are kind of putting a hold on everything the bigger companies are doing. I will say this I went to one of the bigger e-cig meetups and saw people using all kinds of crazy mods. Meanwhile the president of our company who also came along was using our larger battery size unit and he was making the same if not more than some who were using giant mods. A lot of it has to do with the drag. Either way I understand some of the complaints and we do actively try to address them.

I don't mind. Operate a cigeratte maker.

Dang, I might have walked by you when we toured the plant. That plant is pretty amazing for someone who has never seen anything like that. The sheer amount of cigarettes you guys make is just mind boggling...and to think you're (we're?) the third largest in the US.

It's definitely a ton of smokes. I worked at Phillip morris prior and that place is massive.
