Can't blame them for having +1...look at how warm it is going to be the first week or so...it has to average out. IMO, more often than not, we experience the opposite of weather compared to places like Denver, CO. The map also looks encouraging to see the big gap over the South-East...of no above normal temps. Today was a very nice day, if you like early spring, or late summer....for late fall, not so much. Its the number of foggy days in AUGUST. In Cullowhee we had 14 mornings of fog in August. It has snowed twice in cullowhee so far this winter.
