Hoosier
Anyone remember this one? Just your typical April cyclone on steroids. The maps really don't even do it justice. The surface low bottomed out at about 963 mb at Green Bay, which was the lowest barometric pressure recorded in Wisconsin until the Octobomb. Some pressure readings: GRB: 28.45” TVC: 28.61” MSN: 28.62” LSE: 28.70” MKE: 28.73” RFD: 28.79” MKG: 28.81” ORD: 28.81” MLI: 28.86” GRR: 28.87” SBN: 28.92” LAN: 28.93” PIA: 28.95” High winds occurred over much of the area. There was some snow on the backside and a pretty big severe weather outbreak: This was followed up by a big winter storm a couple days later. Wish we had something like this to track.
