Will where is the 32 contour wrt 128 /boston tommorrow on nam "event". If u have it

Its over Jerry's head (west side of BOS or Newton/Brookline) at 15z tomorrow morning but then it moves west into the ORH hills by afternoon. Its colder than the 12z run though. I won't be shocked if the interior hills...esp east facing up by WaWa and such are stuck in the 20s with that tough CAD setting up in the interior with cloud cover and light snow falling.

Yeah I agree. I find it hard to believe it warms like that.

That's a thing of beauty, John.

yeah, this is a pretty frigid lower boundary layer - wow, the wet bulbs gotta be about 21

FIT: 301952 OVC037 10 33 -6 VR03

In fact, looking around the area - I wonder how much QPF can really make it to the ground with that kind of pan-Mass dry air. Especially up along Rt poop; wouldn't surprise me if it's a hygroscopic event over the next 24 hours. who knows

Snowing pretty good here with the ground turning white, CTBlizz will probably need chains to summit weenie hill.

Nice little weenie band n southern half of Tolland county right now...though its going to shut off in the next 30 minutes probably or just taper to a few flakes. Hopefully the stuff in NY State can give us a bit of fun tomorrow morning.

Yeah the upstream area looks fairly dry on radar. I dont see 1-3" being possible.

It wouldn't shock me if some areas weenied an inch or so tomorrow. Sometimes models can be a bit light in these setups...I'd prefer to see temps a bit colder in the 800mb region for better snow growth, but we'll see how it plays out.
