Mr. Windcredible!
I've dropped 1.1 degrees in the last hour...down to 37.2 with light drizzle. Excitement is riveting! The N CT band is losing some intensity. May hold as is for awhile now...but I don't see it increasing again up there per latest models. Maybe a little later this evening in eastern CT as the band starts to pull out? Pegging RI hill for jackpot seems reasonable to me. I haven't seen any report of more than about 1" on the ground now in CT...so I'm thinking 3" max for CT...maybe a weenie with a slant stick at the top of a hill somewhere gets 4". Sugarloaf1989
My spy measured 1.5 on the grass Your spy is correct as that's what we have here.
Brian5671
4-5 inches of snow that won't melt until Sunday assuming you ever get there-band up north looks to be weakening...best stuff later might be SE New England.
Damage In Tolland
Your spy is correct as that's what we have here. Some don't seem to believe us. We should end up 3-4 and 5 of we are lucky
danstorm
this is pretty funny though-7 pages on an inch or two of snow that will be gone by lunchtime tomorrow....times have definitely been tough.... It's November. These are phenomenal times.
Tropopause_Fold
Snowing lightly here, it waivers between snow and rain. I think if rates really pick up after sunset I'll have no problems getting to snow. I'm not far from you right now and it's sort of doing the same here. I think we are toast tonight though...BL just gets milder and milder...unless the new guidance is somehow showing a colder scenario.

CoastalWx
Some don't seem to believe us. We should end up 3-4 and 5 of we are lucky The higher amounts are dependent on this aftn too. If this falls apart then I'll be too high, but I don't see how higher el in parts of CT into RI don't see a good 3-4", if 1.5 has fallen.

ChrisM
Did not read any Debbie stuff. Man not having KOKX Radar really sucks I wasn't that serious. There were only a couple, which is surprising because some people who I and many others thought would get snow are just getting rain. Oh well, it's early and it looks awesome outside. ChrisM
Intensity has really tapered off, this will affect snow in two ways. Stuff OTG will begin to melt slightly and we won't accumulate at all until it ramps up again. Radar looks putrid now lol

I have an area where I measure now that has plywood down, so its a snowboard.

I bet that area near Danielson CT did well in that burst. 35F here now. Still RASN mix. I may take a drive to MQE.

ORH_wxman
Radar in north Jersey, SE NY and Northern CT really drying up... A lot of the RAP runs this mornign were showing this...which is why I was not totally gung ho on 2-4" amounts everywhere despite the radar looking pretty good early on. Some of the guidance gives a nice boost to this stuff later on...esp for E CT through RI/SE MA...but some of the guidance doesn't. We'll just have to wait and see on that. If we can get a nice burst of precip for a few hours after dark, then that will really help out snow totals.
