Brian5671
All we are witnessing is how close we came to a monster storm system, the period was right 27-29th but just not the right pieces coming together, they were apart for just too much and now Atlantic Canada is going to see one heck of a storm. at least we are getting coastals...this one was largely a bust, but that's 2 coastals in November-not bad
Clinch Leatherwood
I'd call this a flat wave, moreso than a coastal.

USCAPEWEATHERAF
Yeah a flat wave is certainly fits the bill, but it is a coastal as well.

DavisStraight
No white on the grass until you get up to about 650'. Areas where it started accumulating early, frozen dirt piles, mulch, etc., there's a solid inch, but officially it probably should go down as a T because there's no measurable generally. Sounds about right, my brothers ground is just wet down the hill at 500+/-', I have about 1/2 inch at 715', I saw the ground getting white as I drove up the hill.
