...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS EVENING...

* HAZARD TYPE...MAINLY SNOW... MIXING WITH RAIN AT SOME

LOCATIONS.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY. THE SNOW

WILL MIX WITH RAIN AT TIMES DURING THE AFTERNOON TOWARD THE

INTERSTATE 95 CORRIDOR WHEN INTENSITY LESSENS. THE PRECIPITATION

SHOULD REMAIN ALL SNOW OVER THE ELEVATED TERRAIN.

* IMPACTS...EXPECT SNOW TO BE CONTINUING INTO AT LEAST THE START

OF THE AFTERNOON COMMUTE AND MOST LIKELY PERSISTING THROUGH IT

IN NEW JERSEY. TEMPERATURES WILL START TO DROP AND WHERE THEY

ARE NOT ALREADY BELOW FREEZING COULD DO SO BEFORE THE END OF THE

EVENING COMMUTE. ICING IS POSSIBLE BY THE EVENING COMMUTE ON

UNTREATED ROADWAYS AS TEMPERATURES FALL WITH THE LOSS OF

DAYLIGHT. ICING WILL CONTINUE ON UNTREATED ROADWAYS OVER

THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 30S.
