Just scored some silver maple ash and oak on the way back from the football game, I could literally fill my truck up every single day for the next year there is so much wood down. Its time to libate, bloody mary followed by a long steady grind on a bottle of JWblue.

Happy Happy!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

The cold frontal passage tomorrow night and Saturday morning could yield a few showers and snow showers for the orographically favored areas of W NE, but I don't think this will be a big deal if anything occurs. The air is too dry both ahead and behind the front to bear much upslope fruit. Some minor upslope may take place across the Greens on Sunday, but this is not a classic upslope/lake effect leftovers situation.

12Z GFS looks a bit on the mild side for any frozen in SNE below the Pike regarding the midweek event since the high slides offshore. Verbatim, NNE would see some frozen before the changeover occurs. If some cold air gets trapped, ZR could be an issue for some on the east facing slopes of the Greens.
