powderfreak
Quite inverted this morning.... 4,000ft...30F 1,500ft...23F 750ft...16F (normal low is 27F) Down here at 750ft we had freezing fog for a while last night and branches/trees are rimed up a bit. 15 degrees colder in town than at the summit this morning. Yesterday was 37/18 for a -8F.... average is 44/27 up here today, so with a low of 16F we are starting off about -10F today.

ORH_wxman
Through yesterday: BOS -2.2 BDL -2.1 PVD -1.9 ORH -1.9 I'd probably slice those in half to get the final monthly departures...looks pretty close to normal overall for the 2nd half of November. A couple more days a touch below normal now, then a few days slightly above next week. Then probably a mix of cold shots and mild-ups to end the month. ORH_wxman
What a change from what I thought near Halloween. Yeah it looked like November was going to be a furnace...at least the first half anyway. Totally the opposite. That airmass near the storm we had over performed by a lot. But given the propensity for HP north of us draining LLVL northerly winds all bets are off to me.
