Cary
I'm about ready for winter to be over at this point. All I want is for just a few inches of snow to actually stick and last for a few days. Can't even get that around here lately.

NaoPos
Any 0z EC words of wisdom yet? change your font! @ 78-90, you can see the differences in the EURO compared to 12z. s.w lags behind the mean flow, and a closed ULL develops @ 96 hrs over KS. The 12z already lifts out NE. SO thats a big change/trend towards the Ukie. @126, it opens back up, embedded in a pretty positive tilt trough over KY,TN... from 126-132, the mid lat trough becomes neutral, and you get a SLP reflection, but offshore of Outter Banks by 150-200miles @ 138. Stays weak till its WELL offshore and heading up south of Greenland. totally diffrent look than 12z EUro though.

NaoPos
^^virgadar Can't help but to keep flashing back to last winter...Looks like we're gonna lose the next 2 weeks, maybe 3 to zonal/AOA seasonable flow across the conus, brief cool shot, lake cutters".... RedSky
Unfortunately ten days ago there was talk of pattern breaking down around Jan 15 but that moved up a full week, again I blame my last minute grab at vacation time thinking we still would have winter, doh

Voyager
Happy New Year to all my friends and aquaintences here in the Philly forum. May 2013 bring the winter weather lovers many snowy nor'easters, the warmanistas many hot days and sultry nights, and the storm chasers multiple supercell events!!! Above all though, I wish everyone health, happiness, and prosperity in 2013.

phlwx
I noticed on the CF6 that PHL was bumped to 0.2 on the 24th but the PNS from the spotter showed only a trace. What happened? Bump for a Mount Holly met. Just curious about this...was there a late report that came in?
