The progressive flow prob will not allow this to form til offshore. If the flow wasn't as progressive, it would allow the trof to take on a negative tilt quicker allowing for a more north easterly track instead ene. 12zGefs have some members grazing us pretty much the same as 6z. Something has to change quickly because its running out of time.

NaoPos
I feel like there should be Halloween decorations up instead of Christmas.
RedSky
today's euro is pure evil, halloween decorations sounds good especially since my halloween was cancelled two years in a row. Also certainly dont have to worry about any nasty snowstorms knocking the power out in this pattern lol

ChescoWx
Too many folks just don't seem to see this is not last year....most of the great winters of my youth did not start until after Christmas. There were no December 5ths in my formative years. I stand by my forecast of a colder and snowier winter than last year.....I like to go out on a limb and leave real forecasting to the professionals. stormspotterlive
I personally consider it a treat to see anything over 3 inches or 3-6+ before Christmas it just does not happen Philly south and east. seams to me as if the good winter of 2009 and 2010 have made people think that it is normal for the city to have a white Christmas Also must not forget the early bonus snow that fell south and east along with north and west. That just does not happen to often in November. All Babbling aside this is some much needed rain here this weekend the streams have been lower then normal. Now lets sit back and watch the future unfold and hope for something wintry.
