Ginx snewx
The days and events leading up to Boxing Day were probably a peek into what it would've been like. weathafella
if December's rockin' don't come a knockin'. Looking good. Late November to early December we get a real winter push followed by pattern relaxation and weenie angst. But around or shortly after the solstice, some magic will appear and we should have a 50-75 day run of extreme cold and prolific snow. That's my forecast for RI/MA/CT. Amped
00z GFS OTS with the noreaster early next week. It will stay a fish storm unless the GFS is somehow too progressive with the southern stream in the medium range. Our pretty little infallible GFS would never do such a thing though. Amped
Plus everything before and after is pretty damn ugly, although the ensembles have been a bit more promising. I actually don't want anymore trouble. However tonights run is more progressive than every SREF and the Nogaps. If ther is too much ridging across the OV and SE there won't be much room for a storm along the coast day 5 and it won't matter anyway.
