MillzPirate
I'd be happier if I were you guys than me here in Philly where 3-5 turns into probably nada. Like PSU mentioned in this thread the heaviest rates are just not making it into Philly. In a normal winter storm the echoes we have wouild be producing mod-hvy snow but its like a snow/rain mix. Good point.... nothing worse than expecting 3-5 only to get 0. Glad we went into today with a top shelf of
mattie g
Damn, if this was January 7th we'd be looking at an epic screw job. One for the ages. It would have been painful. Daytime snow in South Jersey on November 5. But even with good rates and heavy echoes, there's still not much accumulation.
TalcottWx
Sheesh. Woulda thought we would at least see a coating to an inch like I thought yesterday. Been straight up miserable living here for snow. But at least we get 100F every day during the summer!1!!1 Lol

I agree with this, I think it is much better to miss out on 2 inches of wet stuff that melts in 5 days than a nice storm in January.

Kay
The thread title made me LOL. Perfect. Obs so far: cloudy, windy, cold. No precip. Remaining vigilant for a solitary flake.

Quasievil
Northern stream winter. Would be way too reminiscent of 2010-2011 winter. Loved the blizzard for central Jersey while we had a dusting.

nw baltimore wx
Had some light rain IMBY. Ground and pavement wet. Temp still 42F. Driving home from Columbia, I arrived home and was greeted by that same pulse about 45 minutes ago. Now just blustery and cold, but keeping my eye on the next wave hitting the M/D line. Just hoping to see a few flakes this evening. Of the frozen variety.

That storm was unreal. I drove from 30 inches of snow to nothing in a matter of 2 hours.
Bob Chill
According to composite radar it would be snowing if I had a 175th floor in my house. Still dry as a bone.
clskinsfan
I was never in the game except for the first couple of Euro runs so I am not blowing a gasket. As far as a northern stream winter goes. I would take that in a heartbeat. Clippers always give the Shenandoah Valley love before they dry up east of the mountains.
