Still awaiting the first flakes here. Jealous of the reports off to my E and S, keep them coming. I just wish that meso band would find a way to hurry up and pivot back in here. I think it will for a while, but it weakens and dies overhead of me after an initial burst of moderate to heavy snow. The jackpot runs from W CT up through N ORH where some 6"+ totals are looking likely.

That's what I'm thinking. The orientaiotn of the band makes it look like you and I should start at the same time (which according to ENX radar should be now). But, this is for those to the south and east--I'm sure they'll enjoy.

Agreed, except the leading edge is probably virga as dew points are running in the low to mid teens locally. Hopefully, that won't eat too much of our limited QPF. Hopefully, it's dumping in that area of 30+ dBZs.
