LizardMafia
Still snowing, but looks like it'll be over pretty soon. Alas, better to have seen flakes than not at all. Another T in the books. TugHillMatt
I have determined that my location SUCKS when it comes to getting snow from synoptic events. Maybe some lake effect this evening? First flakes? Please?

IWXwx
I had a heavy burst a couple of hours ago and can officially record 0.2" of accumulation. The sun is now out and it has melted except for a little in the shade.

wisconsinwx
Light snow falling all morning... Not really sticking ...26F So much for Turtle's assertion that ground temps would support solid accumulating snow. If air temps in the mid 20s don't allow light snow to accumulate very well, then not much hope for temps around freezing unless there were a heavier burst of snow. Im sure its just that its snowing too lightly. Snow at 26F is not going to melt on contact lol. If the ground wet up in LSE?

That could be the case, and I guess they haven't gotten into the isolated moderate snow pockets, I'm only judging from the solid pockets of 15-20 dbzs in SE Minnesota and WC Wisconsin that the snow should be heavy enough to at least create a solid dusting. Hoping we can get a dusting here as the snow showers sweep ESE.

I can see snow on the rooftop opposite of the camera. First accumulation on the books! I guess the ground temperatures are cold enough - I can no longer read the message in the grass. weatherbo
flurries started about an hour ago and a slow but steady uptick since. wsw flow doesn't usually deliver a ton at my location, but still could see 2-4" thru tomorrow morning. sitting at 30 degrees, which is impressive this close to the lake. michsnowfreak
No flakes yet tonight, but I did have some snow pellet flurries between 3-4pm. Nothing reported at DTW though. This will technically be my 4th trace of the season, but Oct 29th, Nov 2nd, and Nov 12th were just a few flakes....only Oct 30th had some decent mix of snow, sleet, and rain.
