I mean here. Unless 12z throws a curve...I could see a narrow area get surprised because of banding. But this storm is very disorganized and makes forecasting difficult. Someone will be screwed..perhaps many, and they'll be a few that probably will be surprised. I still like the look of the mid level features in the NJ area to make them overall winners, unless the 12z runs shift. The GFS was ok for wrn MA. I think the key to this forecast will be to watch where the primary deformation band sets up. This will be that outer band that rotates in from the SE tomorrow. Where this band stops and pivots is where we will see the highest totals. I'm not sure if it will be central or wrn areas...my gut says perhaps near you, but I'll wait until the 12z runs come in. Down in NJ area, this band will have more of a CCB look as things come together better there...at least how it looks right now.
