The highest totals may be in a narrow area and obviously ratios won't be great, but still could be a few inches at least in areas that get heavier rates. I'm not really expecting a solid band of 4-8" reports so much as spotty 4-8" totals somewhere in eastern PA and/or western NJ, depending on the final track.
