mattie g
There are such things worse than Cowboy fans...Steelers fans for example. And Giants fans. As an Eagles fan, I hate both of them. Don't really care about the Redskins, to be honest. Nothing to be worried about with them.
clskinsfan
Just wait till RG3 has a defense. Then you will be worried.

mattie g
Just wait till RG3 has a defense. Then you will be worried. He'll either be found out or retired by then. I do get a kick out of the eternal optimism of Skins fans. One of my best friends is about the worst offender out there. I can always count on someone being more miserable during fooze-ball season than me!

Bob Chill
Yea, skins arguably have one the best rookie quarterbacks in years. What he does with his arm and legs is stunning. It will be interesting to see his final stats. In just 9 games he has just under 2k yards passing and 529 rushing yards. 14 combined TD's is sick too. Cam Newton's record 706 rushing yards is in serious jeopardy. Newton threw for 4k yards his rookie year which is crazy considering his yards on the ground and he put up a total of 35 tds. Amazing stuff. But he threw 17 pickles. So far RG only has 3. We all knew this isn't "the year". I never changed my mind even after they looked hot out of the gate. Nobody is going to look forward to playing them for the next 5+ years. The ironic thing is that everybody looked forward to playing them for the last decade +. No more easy wins at our expense. THAT in itself is a nice feeling.
Hank Scorpio
Eh...we both suck. This is a good point. And, as long as the Skins don't allow the Eagles to put up 59 against them like last year, I'll consider it progress. And umm, to sort of bring this banter back to the weather side, there was a ridiculous article before the draft this year, speculating that Griffin wouldn't be good in DC because the Redskins play "8 games in rainy Maryland", insinuating that because Griffin played his ball in Texas he wouldn't know what to do when it rained. Plus, small hands, or something. the DC Sports Bog had a good rebuttal to the dumb article

WinterWxLuvr
Why would anyone want a cold November? I agree, and it's been very cold for November, IMO, with the exception of today. And next week is looking pretty chilly after Monday.

EastCoast NPZ
Because I'm feeling a little nostailgic and Christmas spirit this morning, and 70 degree November days depress me, here are a couple of pics from Dec 6, 2009. By far, the greatest Christmas tree farm trip EVER. Sure hope for a repeat this year.
