Coming up from Pittsburgh proper, P type kept switching between heavy snow and what I'd characterize as heavy sleet. No doubt that totals are lower than they'd have been if it had been a tad colder. But late morning did provide some fireworks, there were solid 30-35 dbz returns for about 2-3 hrs. We went from a coating of sleet, to shoe top covering snow really fast.
