weatherwiz
You might consider applying masking tape across the window, for safety. That band radar band stretching from NW to SE is still there, hardly moving.. Yet, in the last 10 minutes or so, the wind seems to have dropped off considerably. That's probably a good idea. Going to do that now.

summerthyme
Despite the amount of trees and large branches down in town, we've managed to escape losing power. Winds have died down now and we haven't had a substantial gust for about 20-30 mins.
Wonkis
Up to 8' surges now predicted in some places tonight. A report of a couple stuck in a car in Bristol, RI surrounded by rising water. The ocean has already breached the seawalls in Portsmouth (Park Avenue in Portsmouth is now closed) and Newport. New evacuations recently carried out in Warwick and East Providence. Downtown Wickford parking lot flooded as of 4:30.
weatherwiz
That feeder might spin up some F0 spinners. Paul? Threat is probably very low but you can never say never! Some very weak sfc instability beginning to move into place but not sure if it's really enough...sig TOR parameter is 0.5 though so it's not like the threat is 0.
