Please be assured that we have been working diligently with our host server to figure out this problem. Although we believe we have the hardware for our current loads and that they problem is software related, we are exploring every option to prevent this from happening, including an upgrade to our current package. . The server isn't even breaking a sweat. We are plugging away and trying to figure out the issue. More updates coming...
