Winds were 10-15 when I went for a run around 10 but now appear to be 10-20ish with occasional gusts. On the upper eastern shore of MD so the center should pass very close here. Over 6 inches of rain so far and the winds are sustained at 35-40 I would say, and gusty in the squalls. Nats Park Weatherbug station (not that far from me) then raised its highest reported gust to 40 mph, so that must have been that same gust. I think a 40mph wind gust literally blew the crap out of him. Definitely multiple 40'ish gusts on the exposed hilltop. Soaked my pants in seconds. Temp is 49. Saw zero tree damage on the drive.
