wxmx
Signals for continued cold in the long range are getting stronger. Kamchatka ridge may promote a -EPO if it migrates towards the pole, also helping retrograde the GOA low towards the Aleutian islands. ...and there's also hints of a -NAO, not as strong as it's right now, but still there @day 10+. Euro is way colder in this aspect than the GFS, but the latter is trending colder.

Euro is way colder in this aspect than the GFS, but the latter is trending colder. Stratospheric signal indicates a possible highly negative AO in the second half of December. Kamchatka ridge migration would likely help in this matter.

Is that he has already had some snow there in the Willamette Valley.. Not true! Olympia stole all my snow. They got 4"+ Okay, so I got a dusting on the grass and cars... It was a REALLY light dusting, though, and a huge bust for the Portland area.
