KNYC first 40s and 30s of the season in the same week

When was the last time KNYC reported it's first 40 degree temps and 30 degree temps in the same week for the fall season? I would think that is pretty rare. Any insight would be great, thanks!

it probably has happened before but is rare...1969 comes close to this criteria but was done in eight days...It dropped to 31 for the lowest temperature...

In 2005, KNYC fell to 49F on October 20th, which was the first sub-50 degree temperature of the season. (coolest temp prior was 50 on September 30th).

Five days later on the 25th, they fell to 39F.

In 2006, their first sub-50 degree temp was 41 on the 13th of October. The lows for the next three days were 43, 42 and 43 respectively.

Here are all the occurrences at NYC where the first 40s and 30s lows were recorded within seven days of each other. Note in 1881, we went from 50s right to the 30s, so the first 40s low temperature was actually recorded after the first 30s low temperature.
