Ginx snewx
'Twas two Months before Winter' SNE Thread Poem Twas two months before winter, when all through the thread Not a poster was stirring, for the neutral Nino did they dread. The forecasts were given by Gibbs with despair, In days the Pacific Jet soon would be there. The weenies were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of snowstorms danced in their heads. And Wiz in his ‘kerchief, and Kev in his cap, Had just settled down for a long winter’s nap. When out on the Net there arose such a clatter, Kev sprang from the bed to see what was the matter. Away to the computer he flew like a flash, Tore open the Euro and emptied the cache. The progs on the model were starting to show The KU would soon begin to blow. When, what to his wondering eyes should appear, A storm for ages that wouldn’t disappear. With a flash he posted on American, so lively and quick, He knew in a moment his post would stick. More rapid than eagles his coursers they came, And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name! "Now Powdahfreak! now, Coastal! now, Cold Miser and Jerry! On, Ray! On, Ryan! On, Dryslot! and Hunchback Dave who is so Merry! To the top of the forum! Pinned to the top of it all! Now post away! Post away! Post away all!" As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly, When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky. So up to the thread top the coursers they posted, With a thread full of Maps, weenies got roasted. And then, in a twinkling, he heard on the wall The pinging and pelting of each little ball As he drew in his head, and was turning around, Down from the sky ORHWX came with a bound. He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his shoe, And his face was all speckled with dimples and blue. An inch of ice rested on his back, And he looked like a peddler, just opening his pack. His eyes-how they grimaced! his dimples were rolled! His cheeks were like roses, his nose looked so cold! His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow, And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow. The stump of a weenie he held tight in his teeth, And sleet encircled his head like a wreath. He had a tight face and a 6 pack belly, That was taunt when he growled, not at all like jelly! He was skinny and tall, a right miserable young elf, And Kev laughed when he saw him, in spite of himself! A wink of his eye and a twist of his head, Soon gave Kev to know he had all to dread. He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work, And filled the sky with shiny balls, then turned with a jerk. And laying his finger aside of his nose, And giving a nod, up the sky he rose! Kev sprang to his laptop, to his weenies spread the news, And away they all left AMWX filled with the blues. But he heard the Sleet b**ch exclaim, ‘ere he flew without a jest, "Merry Winter to all, and to all a sleet fest!"

Cold Miser
I get all warm and fuzzy inside reading this. Great stuff. Now, if every storm would come on a Friday night after I get home from NY for the weekends, life will be good.
