It would be historic. 2006-07 first trace was January 10th 2007...1877 didn't get their first trace until January...looking at daily temperatures and precipitation the first trace came 1/4/1878...I have no daily snowfalls for the winter of 1877-78...A strong el nino year...It only had 8.1" total...It looks like 8" fell on 1/31-2/1...0.1" on 1/18...2006-07 was another el nino year...
