A very close encounter with a f0 tornado

This is my first post on Americanwx forum. (I hope this works and this is the right place to post this topic.)

I came across this short video clip of a f0 tornado that was recently posted on Youtube. It was a video of a tornado that hit the Natomas neighborhood in Sacramento back in February 21, 2005 that I had never seen before and I don't think it was never made public until it was posted on Youtube last May. What was interesting about this tornado is that the guy who was filming this tornado did not know that it was a tornado, so went outside and was hit by small debris and as he filming, part of the tornado goes right through him.

One thing to note was that when the storm survey team went out to investigate, they had noted the localized damage and suspected that this pattern of damage was caused by the tornado skipping along the ground surface. However, after watching this video, I would think that the tornado was on the ground the whole time and it was smaller vortices that were rotating within the larger funnel that had a stronger wind circulation and this was the reason why the damage was so localized

Also note that the cement tiles from the roof were being blown off the roof in a counter-clockwise manner. And at around the 20 second mark of this clip, you will see a car trailer being blown quickly across the intersection. This trailer would get tripped up by the gutter/sidewalk, then get hit by a flying kiddy pool before both ended up smashing into a fence. Note that behind the trailer was a high profile truck that was lucky it was not a second or two earlier or it may have been knocked over by the wind that sent that trailer into the fense.

Here are two more very short video clips that were posted on the same event by the same guy that I think is worth watching. The first link will show the tornado at the end stage that had lifted back up to the sky and the second clip shows the aftermath as neighbors come out of thier homes to inspect the damage.

February 21, 2005 was a very active severe weather day for the Sacramento area in California. To get a good idea of what was happening that day, here is a link to a storm chaser video who had capture some great shots of this tornado and others funnels and tornadoes that had occur that day. This chase video was filmed by a professsional photographer in HD format.
