Getting excited about the new convection blowing up over southern Ohio. By the time this moves into our area we should be all snow. If it is all snow we will see the snow pile up quick! Once Newark goes over to all snow I think that is the trend of the rain snow line dropping back southeast. So keep us updated Newark people!

Meanwhile, my trees are starting to get a bit heavy from the freezing rain.

meso-analysis is still showing aggressive WAA over southern ohio into the Columbus area....it should shut off before too long once the coastal transfer begins but i'd feel a lot better if i were northwest towards findlay.

Findlay looks good, and just 20 miles north I'm trying to get my first flakes to fly lol

definitely a couple inches here... I am kind of liking the chances for 6 inches if it keeps up like this.

Changed over to rain/snow mix even here now. Just in time for the dry slot of course. Lol. But The continued convection over southern Ohio is a very good sign for warning areas who thought their snow totals might be in jeopardy. Anyone who changes over completely by noon should be able to see 4-6" still.

The snow is really coming down now. I'm on the Centerville side of the Bellbrook city line near Dayton.

My buddy ill snow has been doing a great job of sending in our obs from this area.

I was standing in a parking lot when that bolt of lightning flashed. Didn't expect that....
