We'll use the same idea as last winter, pretty simple...you choose over or under (or tie for those who choose) for each site's November 1, 2011- March 31, 2012 snowfall versus the normal amount. The snowfall totals for each site are the 1981-10 normal amounts for November 1 through March 31 (except for Toronto, which are 1971-00 normal totals). Don't forget about the tiebreaker questions as well. Deadline for entries is 12:00am on November 1, 2012. Last year I put everyone east of the Mississippi over and west under. Didn't pan out. This year there are almost no sites west of the river due to the subforum split, so for the most part I picked everyone over except the southernmost sites.
