All about where the winds died versus where they didn't. Everything south of I-64 dropped well into the lower twenties and even some upper teens out towards Huff in Lynchburg... So, drumroll please...the winner is: Jim in NOVA!!! With a very impressive cumulative departure of only 17 days, Jim rolled to victory. My tally was BWI 8, Dulles 7, DCA 2 and Richmond 9 for the 26. Also nailed the tiebreaker at 48 for BWI date. Good contest. Thanks for doing it and providing results so nicely and quickly.
