CoastalWx
Early signs point to a mild first week of October overall. One thing to watch is the MJO possibly influencing ridging down the road beyond the first week of October.

In other news, Duluth MN record early snow yesterday. 0.1" Well, it's only a 17yr record apparently, but early regardless.

Well who knows about the second half of the month. I still think October is a little above normal, but more of an educated guess. Could easily be wrong. Well Monday Night may drop like a rock too, but it's possible the gradient tightens just enough to prevent that. If not, Tuesday morning may be your best shot if conditions remain calm. CoastalWx
MOS has some warm temps tomorrow. Unless they correct a bit at 12z, I would take the under on some of them. I wonder if we see widely scattered sprinkles or light showers in spots? Boundary layer is dry, but that is a potent vortmax.
weatherMA
Looks like mid-60s most of the week up here at Plymouth. Maybe barely 60 on Thursday up here?
