Yeah, I love winter weather but it wouldn't hurt my feelings if I never had to go through another ice storm like that one again.

Perhaps up to 2 inches in the Tri-Cities area of TN, and a general dusting along the northern tier of counties in NC. Several inches on the ground in southern VA, more as you move toward the west and less to the east.

Maybe this is cheating, but no one's claimed this time period yet, and it has yet to materialize. Time to capitalize!!

Don't give up yet.......looks like a good call for the mtns and the dusting for the triad is not completely off the table. I believe it has about a 5% chance of verifying.
