HIPPYVALLEY
Well, my Davis has recorded 20mph so far. How pathetic is that siting!! Up to 2.22" so far with insane rates the last hour or so with the heaviest of the band apparently having just shifted to my east. Incoming central mass! I know your setting is not great but the reality is Mike that most of NW Ma. from the N. E. Slope of the Berks to the Quabbin hilltowns just does not seem to get high winds except in localized severe or Nor'Easters. I hear that from a lot of people around here even those above 1K. sfenn1117
Even with the line intensifying near Oxford my parents said just heavy rain and winds no stronger than they've been during the day. Another bow is trying to move onto the coast around Stratford and Milford though.

CT Rain
Still some weak/transient low level mesos on that QLCS but nothing to be concerned with. 00z OKX sounding does show some tornado potential still with very long/curved hodograph, low LCLs, and some surface based CAPE. Radar estimates ~2.3 inches of rain right at that spot. What a debacle! LOL Hate to be there right now.... After one of the more impressive bouts of rain, and a strong wind that was 12 hours in duration, the wind is almost dead calm, have fun out east!
