At 414 PM EDT... a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Prince Georges stadium... and was moving east at 40 mph. Locations impacted include... Davidsonville... Riva... I hadn't been following this all day. Looked out my gf's tenth-floor window (she's unbelievably cool about my (unhealthy(?)) obsession with extreme weather), saw something that looked vaguely funnelish and immediately logged on to see what was up. Started videoing it just in case, but nothing happened. Some scud-like clouds with that part, but didn't see anything resembling a funnel.
