Superstorm93
Just hoping for a nice shelf cloud at this point That's all I want right now. Lack of reports suggest that this isnt even worth the gas to shoot north a bit. Sent from Tapatalk
Animal
Joke of a severe warning for nyc and nassau It got decent in my backyard. I must admit, I was hoping to have 60 + mph winds, hail etc Overall run of the mill storm
ARyan
I don't get it. OKX just extended the svr warning eastward. I've seen other offices do this before and I don't understand it.
HailMan06
I'll say that at least this event was better than the one in July.

I've seen other offices do this before and I don't understand it. dude, 3 people were killed by lighting at the nascar race a few weeks ago in the poconos and another person recently in the NYC area it was reported. Superstorm93
Cute little notch headed right for me. Looks like 30m/s winds, but not really sure about that. Sent from Tapatalk
HailMan06
I actually got some wind during the rain. I would guess that my highest gust was around 30-35 mph vs. no wind whatsoever during the July storm.

ARyan
dude, 3 people were killed by lighting at the nascar race a few weeks ago in the poconos and another person recently in the NYC area it was reported. Word is caution as this is a saturday afternoon with people outside I could understand if these were borderline but they're not. If people choose to ignore threatening skies, warning or no warning isn't going to change their mind. This is just watering down the effectiveness of the warning and just another reason for people to ignore them.
Stormlover74
Yeah but the wording is much more about the line producing 60 mph winds and that just doesn't seem to be the case dude, 3 people were killed by lighting at the nascar race a few weeks ago in the poconos and another person recently in the NYC area it was reported. Word is caution as this is a saturday afternoon with people outside
