Mr Torchey
I'm right on the water, so I figured I was far enough south to miss it. I'm sure back country got a nice dose of heavy rain and winds to 35 or 40. I could see the storm literally weakening as it moved in. Was much darker two radar frames before the storm actually got here. I was just kidding with you, blizzy said the bow was heading right for us, but it was north and weakened, must have looked pretty dark to the north though? ChiWxWatcher
The storm is actually more intense than when it initially moved in here. Lightning and thunder are now associated with the storm.

weatherwiz
Little early to call a PHAIL..but radar does not look good currently I would think it should still transport down strong winds....winds here have been gusting to 30-35 mph all day...these storms should be able to mix down at least 40-50 easily but I guess not. Mr Torchey
gust front just came through 20mph or so, southerly winds during the day were much higher. Light rain now, never a good sign when you look to the west and see broken skies.

radarman
Well if that's all this has to offer than it's a waste of time and a PHAIL The line is now on the descent from the Chesterfield alpine into the valley. Pretty much the moment of truth here in the next 20 minutes. Inbound velocities are flat out unimpressive right now, maybe the channeling will help. If not... yeah
