Sn0waddict
Not to be a debbie downer, but a lot of underwhelming reports coming out of WNJ right now... mostly just rain and wind.
Logan11
No damage here that I can see. Lighter rain and a comfy 62 now.
andyhb
Not to be a debbie downer, but a lot of underwhelming reports coming out of WNJ right now... mostly just rain and wind. That's because the forcing is leaving the line behind in that area.
weatherwiz
Still embedded rotation within the line...will have to watch that as it moves into this area.

powderfreak
Nice bow crossing route 7..Prob 60-70mph gusts with that Yeah this part of the line really went to town over RT 7 near Middlebury.
moneypitmike
The sun is sporadically back here in Western Mass, and it's like the weather can't decide what it's going to do. It'll know soon enough. I wouldn't be surprised if we gusted to 50 just ahead of the line. Then some torrential rain for about 15 minutes and now tapering down a lot. I guess that's it.... now bring on Fall. That's what I'm anticipating. Best will be in CT and VT. BTV about to get rocked. Have fun. Watch just up. Logan11
There was one tornado warning issued (based on doppler) from the southwest to central Catskills, but it got cancelled as that cell weakened.

Looks like PF is going to be the winner here (outside of those that had tornados, of course. Nah I doubt we see anything exciting down in town here. Radar looks to be decreasing in intensity. The Champlain Valley had the incredible wind shear to work with due to the funneling of winds between the Greens and Adirondacks. I wish I was up top in the summit lodge on the mountain... they're up to 40G55 and increasing at the summit weather station as the line approaches. CT Rain
Meh... except for that bow west of NYC doppler velocities don't look overly impressive IMO. There's a weak embedded mesocyclone just west of POU that should be watched.
