Its like forced weather radios for everyone. It goes by tower location so you only get alerts for your location. You can opt out of all alerts except Presidential Alerts. I pointed that out in the banter thread last night. When the sun first made it's apearance yesterday afternoon, our temp shot up to 81 with a dp of 76.
