SpartyOn
Well, my thoughts about coming out of a Nino aren't looking good, as it looks like it will not make if officially. Hard to believe this won't be there in some form or another come Spring. At that point, it is getting close to summer. It may not run the pattern per se but if there's not major improvements then I'd think that the odds would be tilted in favor of at least episodic intense heat episodes spilling eastward. Ya if little progress is made in denting those widespread drought conditions this winter and spring, Its safe to assume it will have a respectable feedback. Bouts of intense heat seem very reasonable.
Powerball
Warm weather is boring. But more exciting than cool weather. Also, with the warm weather there's severe weather to track.
JoMo
Severe weather sucks though.
weathergy
Severe weather sucks though. Well seeing as you dealt with the Joplin tornado, I can certainly understand your sentiment. It's never awesome once your property gets destroyed or loved ones hurt or killed.

Nothing is better than seeing spider web lightning climbing the under belly of a 50k anvil over shooting top.
