However, the hourly readings surrounding this reading are as follows: 13:52 -- 90 and overcast 14:52 -- 93 and overcast; see http://w1.weather.go...story/KDCA.html So, did the temperature really rise five degrees in the 26 minutes between 1:52 and 2:18, then fall back 2 degrees between 2:18 and 2:52, despite overcast skies?
