Mr Torchey
BDR is more like MYR. Interestingly enough all 4 majors were the same or had a higher high temp today than bdr, orh bos and bdl all had greater + departures.

Ginx snewx
Lol clown. You know what I mean. We don't get nor'easters obviously, but at least we get these refreshing airmass changes. All I'm saying is that it does not look like a flat zonal flow for 2 weeks. If you are lucky, we might even hoist the signal. LOL I owed you. CoastalWx
Interestingly enough all 4 majors were the same or had a higher high temp today than bdr, orh bos and bdl all had greater + departures. The temp was 73/63 this aftn. Much more pleasant then dews near 70.
CoastalWx
Hard to believe bdr had more snow than bos last year/ I think you were close to beating me in '10/'11 but I need to look. You may have got me by a couple of inches but I think you were near 80".

You may have got me by a couple of inches but I think you were near 80". 62". Jackpot was just northeast of BDR. Of course, that's based on BDR measuring accurately, but I don't recall that as an issue.

Yeah we had somewhere around 95" in Southbury (maybe 30 miles north of BDR) that year. Dec 26-Feb 3 was beyond real

Wind hold on the chairlifts running for sightseeing across New England? Another morning nearly 10F above normal...57/57 and another morning of 1/4sm fog in the valley at 800-1000ft. MVL is showing M1/4sm visibility now, stuffs thick. Beautiful bluebird morning though up at 1500ft at the base of the ski area.

powderfreak
My September Sizzle is right on track. Yeah we won't recover from these warm nights. With average lows in the upper 40s now, everytime we have these lows in the upper 50s to even lower 60s (like rain event the other night), we are wayyyy above normal. The cold equivalent would be like if we were seeing mid to upper 30s every night right now.
