I've seen a few pictures will pretty good water flow into neighborhoods. My parents said it was dumping this morning, so I guess they're lucky it decided to move a couple towns south. I forget if it was the 12z SPC WRF from yesterday, but it was pretty accurate with stuff on the south coast. A lot of models hinted at it too.
