Mid/upper 70's all three days here with sunshine wall to wall...except some clouds Saturday morning. I love easterly wind days, the sky has that metallic fresh look to it, cleansed by maritime air. weathafella Posted September 3, 2012 Share Posted September 3, 2012 Did you go to a running store? You really have to. They put you on a treadmill and film you. They can tell how your feet are pronating and landing,, and will get you into the right sneakers. You really have to do that I had shin splints when I first started running and got orthotics which solved the proble,. I then was able to take it to marathon distance. I miss running.
