Can't open "Weather Forecasting" main board

Whehn o'clock the link, I just get a page with a small image in the upper left corner that appears to be tornadoes at night.

If I click the recent post part I can go there, but not the main board page.

http://www.americanwx.com/bb/index.php/forum/20-weather-forecasting-and-discussion/ is the URL that pulls up when I click on it and get that image.

Any ideas? This happens on an iPad btw.
