However, I do find it interesting that it, and the Paul Roundy's probabilities are on the same page - so to speak - off the EC. The probability shows an albeit modest positive bias in the probability field off shore, while the DGEX is spinning up spurious TC entities out ahead of the arrival of Isaac in that same region. It's some suggestion of an overall favorable regime [probably] more than we may want to admit, and whether Isaac gets up in there or not.
