I bought a house today in gilbertsville, pa, 6 miles north of ptw and about 1.5 miles east of boyertown. Hopefully i can cash in more on snow now. It's a nice spot to be in.....like I said before, my wife and I considered that area quite a bit before settling a little further south closer to work for both of us. If we ever moved again (locally) I'd definetely consider that region again. Definetely could have gotten a little more home (sq. ft.) for the $$$ being a little further removed from Philly.
