If we stay 40 or above the grass will still be able to grow unless we get a good frost, which I don't see for another week or 2 here.

Yeah, there has never been a year in which I didn't cut my lawn at least once after November 1...so 2 to 3 more cuts seems reasonable. It takes more than a few nights with temps in the 20's to stop the lawn from growing.

When was the 1st widespread freeze for my.

Holly FA last year? Wasn't till the snowstorm correct?

Picked the last of pepper plants last weekend. There maybe a few left, looks like we're several hours away from the end of the garden til next year. Whew, this year was good.

Had some frost out here in open areas of Chesco this morning. Sure felt good. Hopefully tonight the invasion of stink bugs and those tiny gnats will be over (or at least help).

Mosquitoes gotta go also but the bees wasps and hornets gotta go the most now.
