JamieOber
Looking at some wundermap weather station totals and what's streaming north, looks like some parts of Lower Susquehanna could be looking at 4" from this.
Voyager
You guys appear to have a decent flash flood risk. Freaking firehose aimed right at you: http://www.wundergro...w=0&lightning=0 My phone just went into emergency text mode, and I got an alert for a flood warning in my area. Nothing on CTP's website yet though. So far my total for the event is 2.36 inches.

We are likely to get the area of steady rain but nothing like that stuff moving over Harrisburg area. It goes pretty far south, too.

The line, as it sits right now, is just south of me along the Blue Mountain. It appears as if it's drifting NORTH at the moment however, and like you said, there is training along it. The idea of 4 inch totals in some locations is probably not too far off the mark.

sauss06
Middletown recorded .53" from 156-256, with a storm total of 2.12". Harrisburgs totals have to be over that. I don't have a gauge here at work, but i would bet from about a little before 2 to 230 we exceeded the .53 they recorded for the entire hour.
