I f-*in hate TWC. I don't want a scroller across my tv for a severe cell south of DOver!!

I am pretty sure they do that for warnings that include a neighboring county (even though your county or a portion of it is not in the actual warning).

Basically was in the center of that cell from work in tinicum to my home in lansdowne. Some minor street flooding. Rain drops were huge its been a while since I've seen rain that heavy. Sounds like a couple reports of wires down listen on the scanner.

.47 from the storm to make a total of .59 so far today. Anyone have thoughts one the rest of the day rain wise?

Heads up exiting Downtown I95 I76 and I676 becoming gridlock with the rain. Should roll right through most of the city No accidents yet from this storm.....

Maybe hard to see but on the left is outbound I76 starting to see some flooding now there. Hopefully it does not get too serious it was bad enough having Inbound closed earlier today for 5 or 6 hours.

Pretty nice storm out there on the Lancaster/York line near Columbia and Mount Joy. 40-45 kts on the backside (although at over 12,000 ft AGL) and some weak rotation too. Unfortunately it's a popcorn kernel and it's not moving much, so unless you're in Lancaster city it's probably not worth getting excited over.
