Ian
0z runs suggest we stay pretty mixed tomorrow as well though there is a spike of instability lateish. I'd think SPC will bring the slight into this area--would favor eastern half. Woo eastern half

mattie g
0.3" last night. Better than it was looking on radar when I went to bed. It seemed wetter than I thought it would be when I woke up this morning, so I checked the archived radar - looks like a little blobofsomething gave us a little love in the middle of the night. MN Transplant
18/18 this month, and 27 in a row above normal at DCA. It does still feel hot in the sun. Looking forward to highs in the 60s. Edit - Streak broken at 26!
Stormpc
It is still to hot out there with the sun. Especially when you are staining a deck with no cover. Finally rained enough overnight to cover the street completely. In fact, saw a few puddles. Definately wetter than I thought when I got up this morning. Still measly though. EastCoast NPZ
It's gotten to the point (quickly) where we couldn't buy a drop of rain IMBY if it was on blue-light special at K-mart. Suprisingly warmer out here this A.M. than I expected. If we get much sun today, we're busting big-time. This "cool" front was not as advertised, though yesterday was still pretty nice for August.
